Jacob commented to say "I'm delighted to be joining England Beach Soccer as the newly appointed Director of Youth and Performance Pathway.
After discussing the vision and strategy for EBS, and what the future of beach soccer in the Country holds, it was an easy decision to want to be a part of the set-up.
My personal goal is to quickly establish a talent identification pathway, including the creation of England Beach Soccer development sides - providing a credible pathway to support talented individuals, as well as provide a continuous conveyer belt of talent, to support both the male and female senior teams for years to come!"
